i played street hockey for a bit and walked home from school so

not all bad :p

so uh i got to day 4 then had a huge binge on the fifth day, so im going to just keep my intake under 1000 and fast occasionally.

started the abc diet yesterday so

day 1: 

apple- 60

ravioli-480

exercise- track team, im willing to wager it burned at least 40 calories lol

(about) 500/500

day 2:

lettuce with mustard and pepper- 40

2 jolly ranchers- 40

dinner will probably be soup, i should be okay(:

i had a small salad (210, it’s one of the ones from costco with walnuts and feta and raspberry vinaigrette. me gusta :3) and some homemade vegetable soup (180)

and 3 bites of pie (50?)

exercise- walking home from school (i live like 2 miles away) -75

total= 445

i know i shouldnt have had so much cereal but dear god have you ever had this stuff?! it killed my sweet tooth which is nice.

mom tried to make me eat a few madelines earlier, but i threw two out and chewed and spat one because i couldnt resist.

i feel like i binged super bad today because the cereal was rich, but hey. this isn’t bad at all o.o

fasting sucks.

day 2 today, ive been drinking mainly tea and water, plus one glass of skim milk and one glass natural juice a day so i dont pass out like last time.

yay~

i kind of like feeling so lightheaded though, ah. it’s like constantly being slightly buzzed @.@

this might be tmi but other girls who restrict will understand

ive been under 1,200 calories every day this week, as well as running, and i’ve actually gained weight.

hoping it’s muscle or that time of the month is near :/
